About M & M Title
M & M Title, L.L.C., was formed when Robin Perrero and Kathy Smith served as Co-Presidents of the Loyola College Prep Lacrosse Parent’s Association. During this time, they realized that their combined experience, Robin, as a real estate attorney, and Kathy, a Certified Public Accountant and oil & gas abstractor, was the perfect combination for forming a title company.
Having opened their doors in June 2003 and expanding to 2 additional offices in 2010, M & M Title, LLC continues to grow and meet commercial and residential real estate needs in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.

A native of Baton Rouge, Robin has lived in the Shreveport/Bossier Area for many years with her husband, USAF Retired Lt. Col. Donald J. Perrero. Robin began her career in the title business as an Escrow Officer for Caddo Abstract & Title Company in 1976. When a military change of station caused her to leave this area, Robin took the opportunity to finish her college degree at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, and then attend law school at Creighton University Law School, in Omaha, Nebraska. Because of various military moves, Robin became licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Virginia, and finally in Louisiana, when she and her family returned to this area in 1995.

Kathy Smith is a Certified Public Accountant. She oversees all accounting functions for M&M Title. Kathy begin her accounting career at the age of 20 after graduating with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University. She worked in public accounting in the Shreveport/Bossier area for many years, owning her own accounting practice before starting M&M Title in 2003. Her experience in public accounting included the auditing of mortgage company files, particularly the accuracy of settlement statements. Kathy also has done extensive abstracting work in the oil and gas industry. When not too busy with her duties at M&M Title, she enjoys spending time with her family.
