M&M TITLE PRIVACY POLICY

In the course of providing our clients with real estate settlements, we receive significant personal and financial information from our clients and outside business sources. The privacy of your non-public personal information is important to us. You should know that all information is held in strict confidence, and is not released to people outside our company, except as agreed to by you, or as required under applicable laws. This policy discusses information we collect and the manner in which it is used.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

M&M Title gathers personal information from you. Examples of this information include: name, home address, phone number, e-mail address, marital status, social security number, and driver’s license number.

We collect information about you from outside sources, such as: information about your transaction with us, loan information, etc. This information is received from your lender, real estate broker, etc.

We also collect information from public records.

USE OF INFORMATION:

In the normal course of business, we use and share your personal information. We may provide this information to persons or organizations within or outside of M&M Title. This is only done as permitted or required by law. For example, we do this to:

▪ Handle a claim
▪ Prevent fraud
▪ Submit Title Insurance Policies
▪ Comply with requests from regulatory and law enforcement agencies

Persons or outside parties that we may share your personal information with may include, among others:

▪ Your agent, broker, lender
▪ Insurance companies that provide an insurance transaction for you
▪ Our underwriter claims adjusters
▪ Those requesting information under a subpoena or court order

We limit access to your non-public personal information only to those employees who need to know this information to provide the products or services requested by you or your lender. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard Personal Information.

We may store your non-public personal information indefinitely, including after any customer relationship has ceased. If your non-public information is not stored, it will be destroyed.
