Robin Perrero
Attorney / Owner
A native of Baton Rouge, Robin has lived in the Shreveport/Bossier Area for many years with her husband, USAF Retired Lt. Col. Donald J. Perrero. Robin began her career in the title business as an Escrow Officer for Caddo Abstract & Title Company in 1976. When a military change of station caused her to leave this area, Robin took the opportunity to finish her college degree at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, and then attend law school at Creighton University Law School, in Omaha, Nebraska. Because of various military moves, Robin became licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Virginia, and finally in Louisiana, when she and her family returned to this area in 1995.
Kathy Smith
Chief Financial Officer / Owner
Kathy Smith is a Certified Public Accountant. She oversees all accounting functions for M&M Title. Kathy begin her accounting career at the age of 20 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University. She worked in public accounting in the Shreveport/Bossier area for many years, owning her own accounting practice before starting M&M Title in 2003. Her experience in public accounting included the auditing of mortgage company files, particularly the accuracy of settlement statements. Kathy also has done extensive abstracting work in the oil and gas industry. When not too busy with her duties at M&M Title, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Kimberly Singleton
Escrow Officer
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Kimberly joined the M&M Krewe in May 2009. After receiving her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Baylor University, she worked as a Forensic Pathologist for 11 years. Her work in this field gave her the painstaking attention to detail that translated so well when she decided to make a career change and become an escrow officer. Kim is passionate about her work and knowledgeable with regards to all types of residential real estate closings. Whether it be a REO property, relocation, bond for deed, refinance, HUD closing or a straight purchase and mortgage, Kim treats each transaction as if it were her only transaction.
Tammy Dollar
Accountant
A native of Oswego, New York, Tammy has moved around for over half of her life settling in the Shreveport/Bossier area in 1996 with her husband, Tim Dollar. She graduated from LSU-S with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting in 2007. She has one daughter and spends her spare time with her and her family. Tammy came to work for M&M Title in May 2011 after working in the Oil and Gas Industry.
